Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds nor exchanges. However, we may process refunds for specific situations as described below.
ITEM CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, there may be times where we will have to cancel an item or items in an order. For example, shipping to our warehouse for the item you ordered may have been delayed, and thus the item you ordered will not be in stock during your delivery. In such cases, you will be notified by email of the cancellation. On cancellation, a full refund for those item(s) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
HOUSE CALL CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, there may be times where we may have to cancel your house call. For example, our mobile van may be having mechanical issues and we thus cannot make it out to you. As we are a small business with limited resources, we ask for your patience and understanding. Such house calls that are canceled before their scheduled date and time will receive a full refund.
In the case that we arrive for the scheduled house call and the customer fails to appear within the time period stated in our email notifications and/or SMS notifications to the customer, a full refund will not be offered.
ORDERS AND HOUSE CALLS FOR OUTSIDE DELIVERY AREA
If you are somehow able to schedule a delivery or house call outside the scope of the areas for which we deliver to, your order and/or house call will be automatically cancelled. On cancellation, a full refund for those item(s) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NOTIFICATIONS
Email notifications will be made to the email the customer processed the order with. If applicable, SMS notifications will be sent to the phone number that the customer signed up for SMS notifications with. It is not our responsibility to ensure that the email address and phone number entered by the customer is accurate.
LOST REFUNDS
If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
