Why should I order my zero waste products online?

While you can purchase our products at our markets, which you can learn more about on our Events page, we know it can be a hassle to remember to bring your own containers. Even when you do remember, it may be troublesome to lug heavy containers around. To make things easier for you, The Daisy Refillery offers local deliveries!

To put in a local delivery order, simply order online, and we will come to your door! We'll send you an email notification (and text notification, if option selected) the day before to remind you we are coming. On the day of your delivery, we also notify you when we are on the way and when we have completed the delivery.

Some things to know before you order...

  1. All online orders are for local deliveries ONLY. If you would like to order for pick-up at one of our markets, please contact us for more details. Do note that it may take up to 3 days for us to respond to you, and we may not always be able to accomplish your request, so please plan accordingly.

  2. Currently we only make local deliveries to the following cities in California:

    • Brisbane
    • San Francisco
    • South San Francisco

  3. You can order a delivery anywhere from 2 to 16 days in advance from when you place your order. However, as we are a small team, delivery may not be available on market dates. Please note that available delivery dates are also first-come, first-serve.

  4. The current cost of a delivery is $3.99 regardless of where you are in the cities we serve. However, if you opt for a zone delivery date, you will only have to pay $1.00. Learn more about zone deliveries here.

  5. When purchasing our refills online you have three options:

    • Purchasing one of our containers,
    • Adding one of our free containers to your order, and
    • Using your own container!
